City AM: Allica Bank’s Richard Davies on navigating crises and plans for business banking domination

Following the release of Allica’s 2022 annual report, Allica Bank’s CEO Richard Davies spoke to Charlie Conchie at City AM about Allica’s landmark year of progress – 2022 saw us reach profitability, record a 500% rise in revenue, and a 78% growth in deposits to £1.5 billion.

The two also discussed Richard's ambitions for Allica to claim 10% of the business banking market in coming years through a continued focus on human relationships and not being distracted from our core audience of established businesses with 10 to 250 employees.

Richard and Charlie went on to cover how Allica has weathered ongoing economic pressures, alongside the strengths and weaknesses of the UK's regulatory environment.
