Support for vulnerable customers
Need extra support from your bank?
If there is an issue that makes it harder for you to manage your account, use our services, or contact us – please let us know. We can make adjustments to improve your experience with Allica Bank.

Here to help, whatever your situation
You only need to share what feels comfortable. Whatever you can tell us about your situation will help us work out the best way to support you.
A physical or mental health condition
It doesn’t matter whether it’s new or established, nor temporary or long-term.
A disability or accessibility need
It’s important that you can access financial services in a way that feels accessible and appropriate.
Bereavement
Loss affects us all in different ways. Tell us and we’ll adjust what we can to help.
A serious life event or change in personal circumstances
Whatever has happened, let’s keep banking off your list of worries.
A safe way to get in touch
Anything you share with us will be handled sensitively. We’ll use whatever you’ve told us to plan appropriate support for you. That may include recording relevant information on our systems so we can provide consistent support in future.
Contact your relationship manager
Your relationship manager will always answer (or get back to you) by phone or by email. Contact them using their usual details.

What to tell us
You only need to share what feels comfortable. You don’t need to share specifics about your situation, but we’ll find it helpful to know:
- What support you may need
- Whether your circumstances are temporary or ongoing
- How you’d prefer us to contact you
- Anything you’d like us to think about when communicating with you
How we can support you
We’ll tailor our support to your circumstances and what you think will be helpful. For example, we may be able to:
- Use the communication method that works best for you
- Give you extra time when we’re talking through your needs
- Take your circumstances into consideration when discussing your account and products
- Put you in touch with the right team or support channel
