It’s been an incredible year for Allica Bank. Not only were we named the fastest-growing company of the year in the Deloitte UK Fast 50 Awards but we were more than a little surprised to discover that we’re the fastest-growing fintech company ever in its history!
So how did we do it? By continually working to give established businesses the banking they deserve. We launched our flagship business current account – the Business Rewards Account – this year, finally giving established business owners the option of a bank account built especially for businesses like theirs.
In 2023 we completed £820 million of business lending, helping to fuel the businesses that are the engine of the UK economy. Business and personal savers have also now entrusted us with £2.5 billion in deposits, a 68% rise on 2022.
We also launched our very first advertising campaign, encouraging business owner to ‘Get your money hat on’.
