Allica Bank is delighted to invite you to our Boardroom Breakfast Networking Event at Dainton Park Golf Club.

We founded the Boardroom Breakfasts on a simple idea: being a business owner can be lonely, and few people truly understand what it is like to run a business apart from other business owners.

Join Matt West, Relationship Manager at Allica Bank, for a morning of networking, conversation and insight, bringing together ambitious business owners from across Devon and the surrounding area.

This event is designed to create the right room. A small, informal setting where local business owners can build their network, discuss challenges and opportunities with peers, and step away from the day-to-day to hear what others are seeing, planning and prioritising.

Monitoring	Cosmetic and Light refurbishment to be monitored by our asset manager. Medium Refurbishment to be monitored by our QS.
Valuations	Full RICS valuation
Interest	Rolled. Rates are fixed and charged daily in arrears
Refurbishment type	Cosmetic: Works to improve speed of letting and compliance with regulations. Examples include redecoration, EPC improver works, compliance with utility regulations, boiler upgrades, modernisation. Light: As with Cosmetic, but higher cost plan. Medium: Loft conversions, reconfigurations, single story extensions, commercial to residential schemes.
