May include businesses trading from freehold/long leasehold property in England, Scotland and Wales e.g. offices (including professional practices), industrial units, mixed-use, warehouses, factories and retail. Plus hotels, guest houses, restaurants, public houses, convenience stores and children’s day nurseries.
