Your responsibilities will be to put these into practice by providing first line customer service support to our customers, alongside promoting the smooth running of back office activities.
Although the CSAs are a small team themselves, you will be part of the much larger Operations function ensuring plenty of opportunity to build networks and relationships right across the business. This will help your own growth and development and allows for the most consistent and effective service to our customers. You will be based with the team in Milton Keynes and you will be the focal point for customers, providing effective back office processing and front-end customer contact.
You’ll field all inbound communications from customers (via email or telephone, with Live Chat coming down the line) and be responsible for case management – ensuring new application processing and any in-life servicing is managed appropriately. In addition, you will have the opportunity of supporting effective payment processing.
As you would expect, you’ll also be required to:
- Maintain accurate records.
- Be responsive to sometimes competing requests.
- Comply with all mandatory policies and adherence to operational procedures to maintain internal controls.
- Establish and actively manage objectives and a personal development plan.
- Provide support to other Bank staff as required.
